Adam is a 12-year-old boy living about an hour north of Naples with his mother. Adam’s father is not currently involved in his life. Adam has a health condition which prohibits him from being able to participate in most competitive sports. Adam loves board games, videogames, go-carts, and loves radio car racing that he does with his mom. He is also a big fan of drag racing. In addition to his health struggles, Adam struggles with ADHD and has recently begun taking medication for it. Adam does not have many friends outside of school and has a tough time socially in school due to both his health and his behavioral challenges. Adam has been described as loyal, thoughtful and caring. This is a boy who would love to have the opportunity to share his interests with a positive adult role model as well as discover new ones.
